These terms and conditions apply to all use of Knap and to every agreement between Knap and the User.
Knap provides a web application that allows parents to create virtual savings accounts for their children. The balances in Knap do not represent actual bank funds and Knap is not a financial institution.
Access to Knap is obtained through a one-time payment. The current price is listed on the website. Payment is processed through our payment provider Creem.
You have the right to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase without stating a reason. To request a refund, send an email to help@knap.app with your account details. We will process your refund within 14 days.
The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Knap may not be used for illegal purposes or in a way that harms the service.
Knap strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions.
Knap is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits. Total liability is limited to the amount the User has paid for access to Knap.
Knap reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
